Strictly follow the instructions and use under physician guidance.Drug InformationGeneric Name: Tripterygium Glycosides TabletsChinese Pinyin: Léigōngténg Duōgān PiànActive Ingredient: Tripterygium glycosides.Description:Light yellow to brownish-yellow tablets with a slightly bitter and astringent taste.Indications:Dispels wind, detoxifies, eliminates dampness, reduces swelling, and relaxes tendons to promote circulation. Exhibits anti-inflammatory, cellular, and humoral immunosuppressive effects. Used for rheumatoid arthritis, nephrotic syndrome, Behçet's triad, leprosy reactions, autoimmune hepatitis, and other conditions caused by obstruction of wind-heat-toxicity-dampness pathogens.Specification: 10 mg per tablet.Dosage and Administration:Oral administration. 1–1.5 mg/kg daily, divided into three doses taken after meals, or as directed by the physician.Adverse ReactionsDigestive System: Dry mouth, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, loss of appetite, abdominal distension, diarrhea, jaundice, elevated transaminases; severe cases may include acute toxic liver injury or gastric hemorrhage.Hematologic System: Leukopenia, thrombocytopenia; severe cases may lead to agranulocytosis or pancytopenia.Urinary System: Oliguria, polyuria, edema, renal dysfunction; severe cases may result in acute renal failure.Cardiovascular System: Palpitations, chest tightness, arrhythmia, hypertension or hypotension, ECG abnormalities.Reproductive/Endocrine System: Menstrual disorders, oligomenorrhea, or amenorrhea in women; reduced sperm count and motility in men.Nervous System: Dizziness, drowsiness, insomnia, neuritis, diplopia.Others: Rash, pruritus, alopecia, facial pigmentation.ContraindicationsForbidden in children, individuals of childbearing age with pregnancy plans, pregnant or lactating women.Contraindicated in patients with cardiac, hepatic, or renal dysfunction; severe anemia; leukopenia; or thrombocytopenia.Prohibited during active gastric or duodenal ulcers.Not for use in patients with severe arrhythmias.PrecautionsUse strictly at prescribed doses under physician supervision. Do not exceed recommended dosage.Regular follow-up monitoring of blood/urine tests, ECG, and liver/kidney function is required during treatment. Discontinue if necessary and manage symptoms accordingly.Continuous use should generally not exceed 3 months.
